1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phwine ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the phwine online gaming platform available at phwine.net.

By completing the registration process, accessing the phwine platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of phwine, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the phwine platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

phwine reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any funds held therein, subject to applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the phwine platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one phwine account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• KYC Verification: phwine is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or PhilSys card.
• Account Approval: phwine reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• Non-Transferability: Your phwine account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phwine login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your phwine login credentials to any third party under any circumstances;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your phwine account;
• You must notify phwine immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization;
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phwine account, whether or not you authorized such activity;
• phwine will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

phwine strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number in addition to your password when logging in from an unrecognized device.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phwine platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phwine accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Currency: All transactions on the phwine platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwine does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in cryptocurrency of any kind.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in your account dashboard. phwine reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your phwine account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. phwine complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phwine reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you in advance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

phwine offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to its players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phwine reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: phwine reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the exploitation of software errors.
• Modification and Withdrawal: phwine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players in good faith.

7 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the phwine platform:

• Finality of Results: All game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the phwine system. phwine will not reverse a settled bet except in cases of a demonstrable technical error or manifest error on the part of phwine.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phwine reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. phwine's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phwine reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game, phwine's system will handle the outcome in accordance with the disconnection policy applicable to that specific game type, as described in the game rules.
• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG)-based games on phwine use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The integrity of game outcomes is not influenced by phwine or any third party.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to additional sport-specific rules available within the sports betting section of the phwine platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwine platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the phwine platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the phwine platform if you are under 21 years of age;

9 Responsible Gaming

phwine is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harm associated with problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phwine players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: You may set limits on the amount you are permitted to lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: You may set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out;

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwine's total liability to you in connection with your use of the phwine platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your phwine account at the time the relevant claim arises.

phwine shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use the phwine platform;
• Damages resulting from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Damages resulting from the conduct of any third party on or through the phwine platform;
• Damages resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phwine platform or any part thereof.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phwine's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy

phwine collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phwine platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the phwine Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising between you and phwine in connection with these Terms or your use of the phwine platform shall first be referred to phwine's customer support team for resolution. phwine is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phwine's internal dispute resolution process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint handling procedures.
